Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy? We offer a credit good for one year on new teaware, but we are unable to allow tea returns as it is a food product.
If you are not happy with the tea you've purchased for any reason, please return it to us for the credit in NEW condition. Tell us if you need assistance storing and preparing tea, so please include that information when possible. We can always recommend a teaalternative-everyone's tastes are different!

What if my product is damaged upon arrival? We will immediately send out a replacement, then will investigate, making a claim with the shipper, if necessary. That's why orders are sent out with tracking numbers.

What is your policy on shipping? All of our orders are sent out via a trackable method, i.e. UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority.
